If you have decided to bring MeiCHOMA Girl Talk forum to your school or community, you will need to find a person in authority such as school Principal/teacher/Parent or any trusted guardian.

- Copies of Leader and Advisor photo ID: This is for your protection. When working with minors we are required to ensure the safety of both participants.
- Once you complete your application process, you may either fax or scan and email your contracts and ID to firstname.lastname@example.org
